If I had a dime for every time I've heard someone BMW (bitch-moan-whine) about the "Washington Uniparty" I"d have enough money to start a third party here in southern Appalachia.

At the end of the day, as long as people's basic needs are being met, @NeoMetallix, people aren't going to worry about what happens in Washington.
Should they? Hell yes they should.

But ask yourself this: if its' between keeping a roof over your head, food on the table and steady employment versus worrying over what goes on D.C., most people are going to worry about the former more than latter. It sucks, but that's how it goes most days.

Agreed but with how they are spending, those basic needs aren't going to be there eventually. Things will certainly be worse for my kids generation.
