Should fighting be allowed in hockey?

I suppose it is a way for players to police themselves but it sets a bad example for kids.
 
It's not technically allowed because it's a penalty in the long run but the refs let them get it out of their system for a few minutes.
 
It's what makes hockey, hockey. So yes.
